Obituary of Lois Shreenan

Lois Barbara Shreenan passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on May 20, 2018 at the age of 95 years.  She was born one of ten children to Otto and Alice Smith.  She proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces during World War II, achieving the rank of Sergeant, working in payroll.  After the war Lois returned to Canada, married and had two daughters, Joanne and Cheryl.

Lois is survived by: her daughter, Joanne Koopman and her grandson, Cory Koopman; her friend, Gloria McConnell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lois was predeceased by: her parents, Otto and Alice Smith, her daughter, Cheryl Rutherford and her nine siblings.

The Funeral Service for Lois will be held from the Maidstone Legion Hall, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

Donations in memory of Lois may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
