Dear Sheila and Weighill Clan!! Such a huge family! Sending our condolences to all on the passing of our Bus Driver, Ken. Many fond memories of our kids catching the bus, sometimes late. 7:33 a.m. came very early some days!!! Cody recalled Ken saying hello to him every morning calling him "Buck Shot". The story that comes to mind is when Robin was catching the bus at Highway 17 going to Kindergarten, the snow drifts were so high, Ken had to get off the bus to carry her over the drifts and onto the bus!! So kind to all "his kids". My mom, Mary Whiting, enjoyed Ken's sense of humour and musical talent when they all got together for a "jam" session. Lots of fun and laughter!! I think what I will miss most is his special wave whenever he met you or was in the bus!! So many memories for all of you...Take care everyone!

My prays and thoughts are with you Sheila and family. Ken was a great guy, him and Vic Bystrom having coffee at the Voyageur and saying puns, it was always good for a laugh. I always enjoyed our conversations when I meet you at different places around town. God Bless you

Heartfelt Condolences go out to All the Weighill Families. Ken & Sheila, Mark & Vivian were Life Long Friends of Our Parents and thus, Our's too. We had the Deepest Respect for All of them. Many fond Memories over the Years of extremely Talented and Caring Individuals. They left Their Mark on Life, as they Passed through is such a Good Way. May Your Memories be a source of Peace and Happiness, for I'm sure the Person that Ken was, will be sorely Missed by his Family. Deepest Sympathy extended to You All from the Tom & Moira Campbell Families.

Sheila and families:
Sending hugs, thoughts and prayers to all in the loss of a special gentleman. I am so glad I was able to speak with you Sheila last week.
I will cherish the memories of growing up with the family and trips out to visit at the farm ... more special will be the memories remembered as my position at the library allowed me to bring the "right book for Ken to read" ... it was fun to research and find a new nonfiction story or the right book on a topic and remembering that he preferred his reading to be adventurous and a learning experience as opposed to straight fiction.
Love to all .... as ever and always Sherlane Phillips and families
