Kenneth "Ken" Edward Weighill passed away at  Dr. James W. Hemstock Assisted Living, Lloydminster, Alberta on Monday, April 6, 2020 at the age of 93 years.

Ken is survived by: his loving wife of 66 years, Sheila Weighill (nee Holman); 7 children, Jacqueline (Ronnie) Detchon, Brenda (Barry) Stevens, Neil (Joan) Weighill, Katherine (Mitchell) Harrower, Phillip (Diane) Weighill, Eric (Inez) Weighill and Suzanne (David) Eggins; 15 grandchildren, Aimee (Trippett) McKnight, Jordie (Barbara) Detchon, Dionne Lindsay, Danielle (Daniel) Lavoie, Janine (Jared) Helmer, Ashley (Daniel) Campbell, Shane (Kalyi) Weighill, Jayme (Matthew) Jeffery, Lowell Weighill, Shelby Weighill, Brett Weighill (Leeann Klassen), Jarrett Weighill (Destiny Whiting), Jenna Weighill, Randi (Joshua) Potvin and Shaeyln (Lonnie) Hoberg; 23 great grandchildren, Gage McKnight, Kane McKnight, Rylan Detchon, Caleb Detchon, Amelia Detchon, Kali (Cole) Kustaski, Rikki (Royle) Bristow, Cole Lindsay, Brennon Lavoie, Kennedi Lavoie, Jaxon Lavoie, Lucas Helmer,  Lily Helmer, Bronwyn Campbell, Samuel Campbell, Griffin Weighill, Daxton Weighill, Katelyn Jeffery, Aiden Jeffery, Brynn Jeffery, Brielle Weighill, Hunter Hoberg and Paisley Hoberg; and 2 great great grandchildren, Kannon Kustaski and JD Bristow.

Ken was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill, Mark, Wilfrid and Bernie; parents, Philip and Claire Weighill; grandson in-law, Jim Lindsay and numerous other relatives.

A private Celebration of Life in memory of Ken will be held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Ken may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion #39,  Lloydminster Knights of Columbus or donor's charity of choice.
