Tim, Joanne and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Kyle’s passing. Our
Hearts are with you, I know you will cherish the many memories that this young guy brought to everyone that knew him.
My favourite memory of “Mr.Merk” I was parent helper on a field trip, maybe grade 3 or 4 Kyle was in my group we went to see the museum and then mini golf. We had a great day and he was determined to win the prize at the end of the golf game. We get to the last hole and if you got a hole in 1 you got a free game. So he gets his ball all teed up and yells “ Whore”whacked that ball and it rebound off the top of the
wooden box he was shooting for and goes by the lady’s head touching her hair, that was dishing ice cream in the
concession, hitting the back wall hard. Lol. I was still busting a gut about him yelling “whore” instead of Fore and was telling him he had used the wrong word. And the teacher was
Like “ KYYLE!” I did some quick talking saying it was an accident he didn’t do it on purpose. And He did feel bad . We managed averted him getting in trouble. Lol everytime I think of Kyle I think of this .
He truly has left a mark on all that he got to know.
