Hugs to all the family, really going to miss Velma. I met her in 1998 went i went to work for Catholic Social services. She was instrumental in helping me establish my own private practise counselling in 2008 and was always a listening ear throughout the years. I really enjoyed our collaberations and interactions, especially our ongoing conversations about our life, dramas, family and vents with each other over our EAP contracts LOL. She was always just a text away for support or encouragement for both of us. Just this week i went to text her as per usual about something, then realized i could not and i am reminded of how much I will sorely miss her presense. It is also comforting knowing where her heart was for God. Velma touched many people through her work and her life....Love to you all your family .....
