Obituary of Delbert Griffith

Delbert George Sterling Griffith passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, May 13, 2021 at the age of 87 years.

 

Delbert is survived by: his loving wife, Alvina; children, Charlene (Jim) Koontz from Lloydminster, Wayne (Rose) Griffith from St. Walburg, Ken (Sally) Griffith from Creighton and June (David) Dow from Rivercourse; 12 grandchildren, Shannon (Brad) Bensmiller, Chelsey L'Heureux, Amy (Daron) Nasby, Robyn (Derek) Griffith, Riley (Teale) Griffith, April (Garrett) Griffith, Ian (Alora) Griffith, Lee (Robyn) Griffith, Clinton (Ashley) Griffith, Janilee (Stuart) Light, Travis Dow and Tyson (Leanne) Dow; 25 great-grandchildren; brother, Johnny (Sheila) Griffith; sister, Marlene (John) Packman; sister-in-law, Judy Cleve; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Delbert is predeceased by: his parents, Helen & Melville Griffith; brother, Vern Cleve.

 

The Funeral Service for Delbert will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM. Due to the current restrictions the service will be by invitation only. If you are unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed and posted on the McCaw Funeral Service website under Delbert's obituary at the time of service.

 

Donations in memory of Delbert may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of Choice.
