Our Condolences to all of Scotty’s family. Larry and I got to know Scotty in recent years through our work. He always had interesting stories to tell from the past. Nobody could carve a beef roast like Scotty. He demonstrated his skills when the Museum Board served the meal at the trade shows. He will be missed.

Jim and I send sympathy to all of Scotty's family. My favourite memory of Scotty is when Maidstone Elementary School was featuring a 'Poetry Week,' and I invited him to come to my class for a cowboy poetry reading. He seemed to enjoy it as much as the students. The kids were captivated by his presentation, begging him to tell another and another. Jean McPherson and Jim Maxwell

We met Scotty through a mutual love of horses where he always had a story and we shared many laughs. In later years when we reminisced about those those good old days, he told us of the many new interests that occupied his time and one gathered that he lived a full and happy life. Our condolences to his family. Ian and Sharon Carruthers
