William "Bill" Kokonas passed away, with family by his side, at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Monday, June 5th at the age of 71 years, after a long courageous battle with dementia. 

Bill leaves to mourn his loving wife, Debbie; son, Jim (Kim) Kokonas and their children, Ileanna and Milena; daughter, Maria (Ian) Bergerud and their children, Abby, Luke, Emilia, and Will; mother-in-law, Marion Mainville; brother, Spiro (Tina) Kokonas; sister, Marina (Ted ) Katsiris; brother-in-law, Greg (Leila) Mainville; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
 
Bill was predeceased by: his parents: Constantin and Maria Kokonas; brother, Jim; and father-in-law, Bernie Mainville.
 
A  Funeral Service will be conducted at First Lutheran Church, Lloydminster, AB on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with the interment to follow at Lloydminster City Cemetery. If you are unable to attend in person, you may view the live streaming of the service posted on McCaw Funeral Service website under Bill’s obituary at the time of service.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to Lloydminster Men’s Shelter.
