I knew Jason as a childhood friend and neighbour on the farm. Our 8 Mile Road/Golden Valley neighbourhood was very special. Jason and I, and his brothers and cousins, along with the Smiths and Sheppards, spent many hours playing hockey, snowmobiling, riding motor bikes, and just being kids. The neighbourhood was an extended family, and the Plandowki farm was often at the heart of it. I didn't know Jason as an adult well, but I can attest that Jason had the same personality as a young person that others said he had as adult. He was the kind of guy that just made you feel better about yourself.
Thank you to the family for live streaming the service. The stories told by family and friends today brought back fond memories of Jason. Maybe the fond memories will help ease some of the pain for the family.
My condolences to Jason's family. You lost him too soon. I wish you strength in the difficult times ahead.

It was a sad morning when Walt showed up for coffee & informed us of Jason's passing.
Cole, Ave, & Fin; Elaine & my thoughts & prayers are with you at this time. I hope I did not cross the line by using your shortened names, but anytime I went to see Jason at his shop & have a water because he had no coffee pot in the shop, those are the names he would always use. The three of you were the world to him. When ever we seen each other he would say Hi brother & I would say the same back.
Leona & Walt you raised a good son & passed on good work ethics to him. You could tell by looking at how clean his shop & machinery are. Our prayers are also with you
Todd & family and Trevor & family there will be a void there, he will be missed &we are thinking of you at this time also.

Nicole, I am so very sorry for your loss! I can not even imagine! Jason was your biggest cheerleader! Remember when you started selling Arbonne, he used it and saw such an improvement in his skin he would go to the elevator and tell all the guys about the amazing products his wife was selling! For a while I believe you said you got more new customers through him than anywhere else. He loved you so much and was part of your dreams! His memories will always be with you I just wish you could still feel him hold you!
Fin & Avery, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. It is way too soon and I do feel your pain! I lost my dad at a young age and my heart is absolutely broken for you! Life is never the same without your dad! Always remember that he loved you girls so much and I am so thankful that you have a wonderful mom still with you!! When I babysat you Fin, he would come any day as soon as he possibly could to pick up his little princess. He always had the biggest smiles and hugs for you! He always wanted to know all about your day! Then the two of you would be off to pick up Avery from school if it was anywhere close to pick up time! I don’t think there was anything that made his day more complete than having all 3 of you close to his side and in his arms! His love for you all was so obvious and I am sure that has only grown beyond measure since those years when I was close!
I love you all and my heart bleeds for your loss! As tears run down my face, I send you this message and hope you feel the love!!
