Obituary of Jason Plandowski

Jason Plandowski passed away at Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital, Fort Saskatchewan, AB on November 6, 2023 at the age of 52 years.
 
Jason is survived by: his loving wife, Nicole; two daughters, Avery (Carson) and Finley (Rhett); his parents, Walter and Leona Plandowski; brother, Todd (Wendy) Plandowski and their children, Kristen and Ty; brother, Trevor (Cherise) Plandowski and his children, Taryn and Connor; parents-in-law, Ron & Gin Rasmussen; sister-in-law, Danyel (Kai) Scharnberg and their daughters, Tova and Mena; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
 
Jason is predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter and Lily Plandowski and Alfred and Peggy Cundliffe; and uncle, Nick Plandowski. 

The Memorial Service for Jason will be conducted from Lloydminster WLS Convention Centre, Lloydminster, SK on November 20, 2023 at 3:00 PM. If you are unable to attend in person, you may view the live streaming of the service posted on McCaw Funeral Service website under Jason's obituary at the time of service.
