Dear Muriel , Bill , Shawn , Sheldon and all your family , We were welcomed into Ed and Edith's home on so many occasions for fabulous meals and good times around the table playing cards and sharing a glass or two of the good stuff . Christmas and New Year's were always lots of fun at their home and we were privileged to entertain them at our home many times . They were good people , warm and generous . Edith's smile would light up the room and I am so happy I was able to see her this Summer when we came back to the Prairies for a visit . We have many happy memories of Edith and know she is smiling at the angels right now and probably showing off her lovely painted fingernails ! Shawn and Sheldon , you know that you had a wonderful Grandma with strong values and a loving heart . Love and happy relationships are what count in this life and your Grandma showed us what that was all about .Lots of love and we will think of you on Friday . Marianne and Dale
