Cecil was one of the kindest people we have ever met. He and I (Bev) shared a birthday, so he would call and we would catch up on each others news. He was very proud of his family and liked to share stories about them. We knew most of his children. Paulette and Roger went to school from here when Cecil worked on the Ranch and Paulette used to babysit our boys. I don't think I have ever heard anyone speak ill of Cecil. He will be missed.
