Cecil is survived by four children: Sandra Parkyn of Lloydminster, Patricia and her husband Gordon Tetz of Lloydminster, Paulette and her husband Larry Vinish of Lloydminster, Roger Parkyn of Sharon of Marwayne; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; two sisters: Bertha Parkyn and Winnie Davis; one brother Albert Parkyn.
Cecil was predeceased by one granddaughter Danielle.
Donations in memory of Cecil may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
